Description
Provides sexual health care services for teens and adults including comprehensive family planning services for men and women, women's health services, well woman exams, obstetrics/gynecology, preconception counseling, birth control options (including implants and IUDs), emergency contraception/birth control, medical abortion pill, STD and HIV prevention counseling, testing and treatment for men and women, pregnancy testing and options counseling, treatment of vaginal infections, pap tests and colposcopy referrals, breast exams and mammogram referrals, referrals for prenatal care and infertility, and screenings for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes.

Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

Eligibility
Open to all Erie County residents.

Intake Process
Call for appointment. Same-day appointments and walk-ins accepted when available.

Program Fees
All insurances are accepted for payment. All Erie County residents are seen regardless of ability to pay.

Staff are available on-site to assist those who are uninsured in receiving low-cost or free family planning services and in applying for the Family Planning Benefit Program (FBP). FBP is a public health insurance program for those who may not be able to afford family planning services. Call the Family Planning Center for info.
