Description
A bi-lingual, bi-cultural outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Services include individual and group counseling, medication assisted recovery (including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone), personalized health assessment, integrated care management, relapse prevention, benefits/entitlements assistance, educational/vocational placement, and linkage and referral to other needed services.
Hours
Monday-Saturday, 7am-9pm; Dispensing, 7am-8:30pm.
Eligibility
People with a history of opioid, alcohol, or other substance abuse.
Adolescent Services: 13-17 years of age.
Adult Services: 18 years of age and older.
Service Area: Erie County.

Intake Process
Call or walk-in; appointments available.
Program Fees
Call for information. Medicaid, Medicare, and most other insurance plans accepted.
