Income eligible residents of zip codes 14068, 14226, and 14228.
Intake Process
Bring the following information to first visit:
- Picture ID (driver's license, non-driver's ID)
- Proof of number of people in the household
- Proof of residency (utility bill, landlord statement, lease)
- Proof of income (DSS client ID cards, paycheck stub, Medicaid/Food Stamp benefit cards, pension or retirement statement, unemployment insurance paperwork, WIC cards)
