Description
Offers licensed after school and recess camp programs, tennis adult/youth year round, swimming lessons, water aerobics (year round), lap swim (year round), after-school gym programs, toddler programs, Badminton (year round), adult floor hockey, basketball, volleyball and dodgeball, youth basketball lessons, open basketball, and floor hockey. Provides a playground and playmobile (mobile playground). Summer recreation programs available. Concerts in the parks and various special events are held during the year.
Programs for adults and youth with disabilities include social programs, crafts (year round), and Special Olympics training in basketball, track, and swimming.
Services are available for dropouts/early school intervention/first offenders. Youth programs are provided at 4 centers/community sites. Offers drug abuse prevention programs.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Eligibility
Residents of the Town of Amherst or Village of Williamsville.
Intake Process
Resident ID cards issued annually. Self-apply by phone, writing, or walk-in service; registration required for some programs.
