Description
Provides comprehensive outpatient addictions services for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol abuse, as well as outpatient addictions counseling treatment for their family members and/or significant others. Intensive treatment offered as needed, with suboxone treatment available for enrolled patients. Treatment is available for individuals with developmental disabilities and substance abuse diagnosis. Also offers treatment for patients on probation and an adolescent program for chemical abuse and dependency.
Hours
Monday-Thursday, 8am-7:30pm; Friday, 8am-4pm.
Eligibility
Addictions clients ages 12 and older.

Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS, Independent Health, Fidelis, and Univera. Sliding fee scale available.
