Monday & Tuesday, 8:30am-8pm; Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30am-5pm; Friday, 9am-4pm; Saturday, 9am-12 noon.

Call to make an appointment; currently accepting new patients.
Program Fees
Accepts most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Sliding fee scale available, as well as a benefits adviser who can discuss eligibility for health benefits coverage. Uninsured patients are welcome.
Languages
Burmese, Bangla, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic provided in house. All other languages can be accommodated with Language Line or Jericho Road off-site interpreters by phone.
